HoliJam is a meeting week  between countries, singers, musicians, professionals and amateurs on an equal bases. We don´t hire professional coaches, teachers or conductors to keep it damned cheap and accesible for everybody. Every participant pays the same; only the assigned sleeping accomodation differs in price.
The number of (small) individual dormitories is limited (410€).

ROOM PRICES
So if there are only 2 person rooms left, 1 person pays more to stay in a big room like that (490€). Choosing 2 on one room (330€) facilitates the organisation. There is place for maximum 5 people to sleep at own tents (260€).
These prices above are including full board.
Prices may be adapted as a result of the preferred accomodation. Transport is not included, neither the extra costs for Toulouse.

FULL BOARD
The price for the week 2025 consists of accommodation, depending on the type assigned and full board. Full board is €180 per person for 6 nights (but we may opt for the slightly more luxurious option of €240, depending on a number of factors.

CANCELATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation before 15 March 2025, you are entitled to a full refund of the deposit (100€).
In case of cancellation from 15 March and before 15 May 2025: entitled to 50% of the deposit.
In case of cancellation from 15 May and before 15 July 2025: no refund of the deposit.

The remaining amount must be paid by 15 July at the latest according to the invoice to be sent.

In case of cancellation from 16 July and before 26 July, entitled to 40% of the amount paid (incl. deposit).
In case of cancellation from 26 July, the right to a refund expires.
If you nominate a new participant in the event of cancellation who meets the admission requirements for the relevant Event, you are exempt from the applicable cancellation costs.
